These terms govern use of AI Pose Changer and purchases of credits for its photo editing service.
Using the service
Use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information, and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the authority to accept the terms applicable to your use.
Image generation depends on external services. Requests may be delayed, fail, or produce results that differ from your instructions. Review each result before using or sharing it.
Photo rights and permitted use
You must have the rights and permissions needed for photos, reference images, and instructions you submit, including permission to edit the depicted person where required. You remain responsible for obtaining permissions necessary for your intended use of generated images. Output does not establish ownership of another person’s likeness or guarantee exclusive rights.
Prohibited content and conduct
Illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, pornographic, and other NSFW content is prohibited. Do not create sexualized images of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or misleading impersonations. Do not bypass safeguards, interfere with the service, or access another person’s account or protected data.
Credits and payment
Credit packs are one-time digital purchases. Review the pack, credit amount, currency, final price, and payment terms before confirming checkout. At 2K / Medium, the published cost is 5 credits per generated image. Every edit uses the original image ratio, 2K resolution, and Medium quality automatically.
The service account balance confirms credit delivery. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm successful payment. Credit availability and use follow the terms presented with your purchase; a one-time pack is not a promise of lifetime access or credits that never expire. Refund requests follow our Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or service improvements. We may restrict misuse of the service. Material updates to these terms will be reflected on this page. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
