This policy explains how AI Pose Changer handles information when you use our photo editing website, account features, and payment services.
Information processed
We process the account information supplied through sign-in, such as your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. We also process support messages, order references, credit balances, and records of generation requests.
When you generate an image, your source photo, optional pose reference, instructions, and preview are sent to our service and its image-generation provider to process the request. Only upload material you have permission to use.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, process image edits, deliver purchased credits, display your creations and account history, investigate billing issues, prevent misuse, and maintain the service. Technical information may include browser, device, referring page, and site activity when analytics is enabled.
Service providers
We use Clerk for authentication and external infrastructure, image-generation, and payment providers to deliver the service. Checkout is handled by the payment provider shown before you pay. Do not send full card details through our support email. Providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Browser storage and retention
The editor uses browser storage to retain your draft, and session storage to restore a completed result within the current tab. Clearing browser data may remove this local copy. Authentication may use cookies or similar storage.
Account, transaction, and service records are retained as reasonably needed to deliver the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Generated files may have a removal period shown in My Creations; download files you want to keep. Deleting a creation does not necessarily delete billing or security records.
Your choices and requests
You can manage local storage through your browser and use available account and creation controls. Contact support@aiposechanger.net to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
