This policy explains how refund requests for one-time AI Pose Changer digital credit purchases are reviewed.
Credit purchases
AI Pose Changer offers one-time digital credit packs through the payment method shown at checkout. Review the final price, credit amount, and applicable terms before confirming your purchase.
Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Because digital credits can be used immediately, eligibility depends on the circumstances, including whether purchased credits have been used and whether the service was delivered as described. This policy does not establish an automatic refund or a fixed refund window. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Billing and delivery problems
If a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or associated with a technical delivery failure, contact support so we can review the transaction and service records. If payment appears successful but credits are missing, check your account and provide the order reference; do not pay again just to resolve a delivery delay.
Request a review
Email support@aiposechanger.net using the email associated with your account where possible. Include the order reference, purchase date, pack, amount and currency, and a description of the issue. A screenshot with sensitive details removed may help. Never send your full card number, password, or authentication token.
We may request additional information needed to identify the transaction and investigate the issue. Any approved refund is handled through the applicable payment process. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
